Terrill Glass has over a decade of experience leading national technology teams. In his current role with Charter Communications Terrill serves as Director of Engineering for the Voice Operations Team. In this position he leads teams within Voice Infrastructure, Telephony Capacity and Security across Charters industry leading Voice Network. Prior to Charter, Terrill served as Executive Program Manager and Chief Architect for Lockheed Martin with executive responsibility of leading the Engineering and Infrastructure acquisition of Sikorsky Aircraft. Mr. Glass also served as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for United Launch Alliance (ULA), a joint venture of Lockheed Martin and Boeing rocket divisions, as well as over 10 years in Technical Consulting.
Terrill believes that life is a game of manageable challenges, some you succeed at while others become learning and growing opportunities. Terrill serves as a member of multiple organizations including Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. who is focused on Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor.
Terrill obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mississippi Valley State University.
