Terrill Glass has over a decade of experience leading both national and global technology teams. In his current role with Sony PlayStation, Terrill serves as Director of Global Production Operation Engineering. In this role, he leads global engineering teams in the US, UK, and Japan with responsibility of customer satisfaction, operational excellence and platform reliability for Sony’s PlayStation Network (PSN).
Prior to PlayStation, Terrill served as Director of Engineering for Charter Communications, Telephony Operations. There, he was responsible for leading Voice Infrastructure, Security, and Capacity Analytics. Mr. Glass also previously served as Executive Program Director for Lockheed Martin’s acquisition of Sikorsky Aircraft, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for United Launch Alliance (joint rocket venture of Lockheed Martin and Boeing, Inc.), as well as over 10+ years in Technical Architecture and Consulting.
Terrill believes that life is a game of manageable challenges, some you succeed at while others become learning and growing opportunities. Mr. Glass serves as a member of multiple organizations including Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. whose moto is “Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor”. His personal motivation in all daily pursuits.
Terrill obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mississippi Valley State University.
