Hello! My name is Timothy Hall Jr. I was born and raised in Angeles City, Philippines and now I am a rising senior at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. I am a Medical Anthropology and Biology double major focusing my experiences in learning about how to better understand my community to become the best possible physician in the future. I am actively engaged with the first-generation community here at Carolina working on bridging communications between decision-makers and students. I am currently working on mapping the disparities of success in higher education focusing on what was learned from programs and activities initiated by my home institution.
GlobalMindED has inspired me to learn more about the social determinants of success in order to create a diverse and accepting environment with equal opportunities for everyone.
