John Heyliger is the Director of Workforce Programs, Strategy & Analytics for Lockheed Martin Space. He leads a team of professionals that oversees strategic workforce planning, talent analytics, STEM programs and digital workforce transformation activities.  He is currently working on creating create new high school and apprenticeship programs, as well as a STEM Council and funding governance model to grow high-impact talent pipelines.

Prior to his current role, John led a 95-person Talent Acquisition function at Lockheed Martin focused on college, intern and experienced professional recruiting, as well as global mobility and employment branding.

Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, John spent more than 20 years in talent acquisition and talent management roles in technology, industrial and services industries. He’s held US-based and global positions at IBM, ServiceSource, Level 3 Communications and Sun Microsystems.
