Courtney Richardson is an Academic Coordinator and Law Instructor at Southern University Law Center. She often attends training sessions and workshops aimed at helping law students succeed in law school. Courtney graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 2009. In 2013, she graduated from Southern University Law Center (SULC) with a Juris Doctorate degree. Courtney began her legal career in 2013 working as an Administrative Law Judge at the Louisiana Workforce Commission. There she both reviewed and adjudicated complex unemployment cases. Courtney’s career transitioned into legal education in 2018 when she began working at her alma mater, SULC. In addition, to teaching and counseling students Courtney is working on a collaboration between SULC and GlobalMindED.
