Charity S. Peak, Ph.D., is an Academic Director at ACUE (Association of College and University Educators). With over 20 years of broad-based curriculum design and teaching experience ranging from Pre-K to graduate school, Dr. Peak has administered multiple aspects of student success and faculty development programs throughout her career. Focusing mainly on the first-year transition to college and professional military education, Dr. Peak has led outcomes-based instructional design, academic resource integration (i.e., library and student support services), and strategic faculty development for multiple higher education, military, and non-profit organizations. As former Director of Faculty Development for the U.S. Air Force Academy, Dr. Peak oriented nearly 150 new faculty each year. She has also led cross-functional learning development teams for the U.S. Department of State, NATO, and other global organizations across Africa and the Middle East.
