Domonique is a dynamic servant leader with a goal to help influence structural change in the way institutions create and support a pipeline of developing young entrepreneurial leaders. After graduating high school early and obtaining an undergraduate degree in Communication in 2 years, Domonique has gained over 8 years working in Corporate America for C suite Executives. As a young professional, Domonique has gained her masters degree in Management to gain more business acumen and self-awareness. Through her experiences, she has learned that the most important skill that young professionals need that colleges do not teach and large organizations often fail to provide is developing an entrepreneurial mindset. As the CEO of Vuja De and President of GlobalmindEd Young Professional Leaders, she is passionate about empowering young leaders to solve problems and create opportunities in their community, government, public and private organizations.
