Based in Los Angeles, Clotilde Dedecker works at Apple supporting programming and marketing for Today at Apple, free learning experiences focused on creative skill development in photography, coding, music, video, art and design offered in Apple stores worldwide. Prior to Apple Clotilde has supported numerous social enterprises in Los Angeles as a marketed and strategist, including TOMS, Gathr Films, Propper Daley, and Blackstone LaunchPad. Prior to moving to California, Clotilde managed operations for Joan Hornig’s Philanthropy is Beautiful jewelry line. Philanthropy is Beautiful’s unique model of donating its profits to the charity of the purchaser’s choice afforded Clotilde the one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain experience in luxury retail and marketing will managing a foundation and supporting social impact across a variety of causes. As a college freshman, Clotilde founded Circle of Women, a non-profit organization managed by students with 20+ chapters focused on providing access to education for women and girls around the world. Circle of Women currently supports projects in 8 countries. Originally from Buffalo New York, Clotilde received a BA in History and Literature from Harvard and an MBA-MSW from the University of Southern California. While earning her MSW, she worked as a therapist at numerous social service agencies in Los Angeles, including El Centro de Ayuda and L.A. Kitchen. Outside of her work for Apple, Clotilde is an avid reader, loves to experiment and learn new skills, and is constantly taking classes – pick a topic!
