Bratzo Horruitiner is a husband, father of two boys, and a passionate professional with over 18 years of experience in positive youth development, sports coaching and youth-centered program design and management. With a background in Marketing and Business Communication, he has led the development and implementation of various programs in the Vail Valley, including, mentoring, college scholarships, college preparation camps, academic soccer for middle school, the Copa soccer tournament, the 5th grade transition program, anti-bullying and community coaches. Bratzo is a caring leader that is able to bring teams and people together to work for a common purpose. Along with being a consultant and mentor with Guardian Scholars, Bratzo serves as the Executive Director for My Future Pathways, an organization that focuses on elevating education and employment opportunities for youth in the Vail valley trough community collaboration and the provision of individualized services, including middle and high school programs for boys; college scholarships and support services toward graduation, employability and leadership; and Master of Social Work scholarship sponsorship and support.
