Becky Staton

Becky Staton is the Senior Vice President of Cyber Workforce Strategy at Bank of America, leading end-to-end strategy and execution for attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining the best cyber talent. She is an active advocate for women in technology, championing bank partnerships with programs like Girls Who Code, Year Up, Rewriting the Code, NCWIT as they endeavor to close the gender gap and provide the opportunity for underrepresented groups to gain entry into technology and operations roles. Becky serves on the Women in Technology & Operations Global Advisory Board as well as the Global Technology & Operations Diversity & Inclusion Council, pipelining the tech leaders of tomorrow and providing opportunities for connection and advancement for diverse employee groups.
