Dr. Ann Lutterman-Aguilar is the Mexico Site Director and a global faculty member for Augsburg University. A dual citizen of the U.S. and Mexico, she has designed, implemented and taught in community-based, experiential study abroad in Mexico for more than 25 years. She has facilitated dozens of workshops on intercultural learning through study abroad and publishes regularly in scholarly and online journals. Her passion is for helping diverse first-generation college students to experience study abroad in ways that encourage them to discover their vocations and create transformative and fulfilling careers for themselves that will serve the greater common good in today’s global context.
