Sherri Valdez has over 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Systems-Building efforts in the San Luis Valley. She spear-headed the planning, funding and building of a large child center in Conejos County and is co-founder of the Early Childhood Council of the San Luis Valley. Currently employed as the Executive Director of the Council, she is dedicated to leading a nonprofit organization that supports systems development and transformational change for children, families and community. Sherri is a Buell Early Childhood Leader and has an MA in Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies / Early Childhood.
