Nicole Corder is a highly respected advocate for neurodiversity and autism, with a strong background in championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. As the Co-Founder of Neurodiversity Works, a 501(c)3 organization, Nicole is devoted to promoting and creating opportunities for neurodiverse individuals in the drone industry, ensuring they have access to meaningful and fulfilling careers. She is Vice Chair of the DEI Commission in Commerce City, Colorado, and serves on the Colorado Neurodiverse Chamber of Commerce Workforce Committee. As a proud mother to an extraordinary neurodiverse son and partner to a neurodiverse man, she is the Family Co-Chair of JFK Partners at CU-AMC, passionately advocating for neurodiverse families and striving to build a more inclusive society for everyone.
