Exhibitors

Exhibitor Pass Details:

• Standard inline space (1 table and 2 chairs included)
• Two-day conference pass for one person
• Complimentary option to participate in the Industry Marketplace/Career Exploration
• Exhibitor signage with company name
• Company listing on the website and in the conference program

Move-In/Dismantlement

Exhibits should be set up no later than 3:00 pm on June 16. Exhibitors must notify if they are unable to have their booth ready by the deadline. 

Breakdown must be completed by 6:00 pm on June 18. Please do not dismantle until 4:30pm. Exhibitors need to remove and deposit any materials or empty cartons after dismantlement is complete.

All additional furniture, accessories, electrical requirements, carpeting, and cleaning for all exhibit space are the responsibility of the exhibitor. If you need A/V or have a special request, please let us know.
